A well-established family-owned commercial cleaning company, working with an entrepreneur, had identified a new opportunity to use high-tech equipment to provide critical cleaning services, and thereby protection and assurance for staff and customers. We were asked to lead the set-up of the joint venture and help get the business established.
We developed the core proposition, identified key targets, and then approached them through our network of contacts, demonstrating how the company’s innovative approach could be the solution to their needs.
From a standing start we helped secure contracts with a chain of large food retailers, scientific labs, care homes, restaurants and even a premiership football club. We continue to support on further significant opportunities, including some sizeable public sector tenders.
